The room at Best Western Hotel Zen was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped desk. The internet connection was reliable, which was essential for my work trip. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, with great views from the front of the building. The location was perfect, just a short walk to amazing restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Daniel who provided excellent information about the hotel and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of warm dishes and a great selection of fruits, breads, and cheese. The rain shower head in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the room had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality service provided.

Although our stay was exceptional, we did notice that the noise level from outside could be bothersome at times.

The staff at this hotel were simply amazing! They made me feel welcome right away and attended to my every need during my business trip. I especially appreciated the free hot tea they offered me upon arrival and the complimentary snacks in the mini bar. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the main plaza. But the best part was definitely the clean and comfortable room that had everything I needed to feel at home.
